Important information:
1. Sessions are 10 minutes long and $20 koha each.
2. Clients should wear “light” clothing for Red Light therapy – a tee-shirt and summer slacks or skirt. If clients wish to undress for their session, they should bring a bathrobe or sheet.
3. Normal frequency for most conditions is three sessions per week. Five+ treatments a week are recommended for clients with severe or debilitating conditions. Clients with serious conditions and/or personal hardship can apply to our Working Group for discounted rates.
4. Clients shouldn’t undergo Red Light therapy if they have hives or other acute allergic rash, high fever, active tuberculosis, severe burns, hyperthyroidism, lupus or while taking retinol or other medications causing photosensitivity. Clients with pregnancy, clotting disorders or taking blood thinners, hyperpigmentation or diabetic retinopathy (need consent from ophthalmologist), should use with caution
